Returning to the mushrooms

I've always known I was going to add a great deal of moss to the bold of the tree.

Today was the day to start.

Even though this was already mounted on a frame, there is enough room to slip a piece of Styrofoam under the picture to needle felt the remaining moss.

This will take a while, but I know now what I want to see. Some bits will be covered by the new 'moss' will more than compensate.
