Surgery

Remember I mentioned my surgery would hopefully be before Christmas?

I was offered a cancellation spot, so I jumped.

I had surgery Oct. 2.

My shoulder was completely replaced.

Now, almost 3 weeks post, things are settling and I'm learning to live with even greater restrictions (for now). Not sleeping well is tough so it's catch a nap when I can.

My dear PSW husband, has also recovered, somewhat from the sudden event and actually lets me walk the block,.....alone.

I've spent endless hours on the internet looking at a myriad of possibilities and inspiration.

Does it matter these things aren't possible till well into next year?

Not really.

Art is inspiring and its beauty really helps to bolster my mood.

I hope I can talk about real progress in my next posting.
