Painting Flowers

This proofing batch is finished.

I was so engrossed I didn't realize we had a massive storm roll through.

Fortunately someone was paying attention..............and closed all the windows.

These are all deliberately half painted featuring only the flower, or a part of the image.

This is/was an old style used in illustrated botanicals.

I added just a touch of colour to the mountain scene. I wanted some of the trees to have a little more weight.

These blossoms, Dogwood and Mum called for pink.

And the Sunflowers speak for themselves.

Brilliant!
