Having put the Dry point etching aside until I can source some reasonably priced ink, I commented I had nothing planned today other than watching the first Daffodils poke their heads out of the soil.
Apparently, me having time on my hands doesn't bode well for my Husband. So he gave me an early birthday present, a new set of lino knives!
He was right.
I spent the rest of the day at my worktable with soft vinyl/lino and new knives.
And I came up with this.
I spent some time as well working on the ink preparation. That still eludes me and I have yet to get a perfect print.....thought I do think I've improved.
Just a few flaws and some hitchhiker lint etc. I missed.
