Time to Quilt

Loaded up my Long Arm this afternoon.

I had been thinking of farming this quilt out another Long Arm operator. My main reason stems from the grief the machine gave me when I was working the Tapestry, skipping and thread breaking.

I though it was my old guy declaring his best before ate.

But today I hauled out a practice piece and once it was on the machine it seemed to be fine.

I'm thinking now and it had crossed my mind that the varying density and constant tiny stitches just wasn't my basic machines favourite stitches.

After a good testing it seems the machine had just been protesting as it was working great.

And now that I've loaded the quilt I HOPE it doesn't start acting up again. I'd have to take out any stitching I managed before taking it to another quilter.

Tomorrow may tell.
