Seven weeks in I've finally started some serious physio. I was not prepared, however for the discomfort and the weakness.
But I had reached a calendar deadline I had set, and a few days ago I started working on the Cardinals. These will be appliqued onto the finished surface so I'm able to work them as a separate entity.
While they are small the jolt of colour will certainly draw the eye.
After sketching the outline onto some muslin I coloured them in with markers.
Now I'm applying embroidery over top.
This is where it got fun.
I discovered have minimal fine motor control of my dominate, left hand.
Needless to say progress is slow.
However this is where the physio comes in and I can see/feel measurable improvement over the days. Slow but definite improvement.
Who'd of thought fine motor movements in the hand would affect the shoulder?
